Teacher Performance and Development, TPAD, is a performance evaluation mechanism that assesses the performance of a teacher as per the set standards prescribed by the Commission. TPAD has several tools that guide teachers.

It is these tools that provides a framework on how to go about the tool. What more amazing is teachers will now have to fill TPAD online and on a weekly basis. Before, carrying on a self assessment online, teacher has to create a new tpad2 account through tsc portal.

This tool guides the head of the institution all the documents that he needs to them updated. All documents in this checklist are used to assess whether the Head of the Institution has embraced institutional based Quality Standard Management QSM in maintenance of teaching standards. In all of these options, you will be required to feed lots of information. Ensure you are patient and take your time to do so efficiently. After filling in all the information more of it is about selectionbe sure to click the save button you will find below the form field to save the data you have just keyed in.

Note that if you do not this, you will end up losing the date, your time and other resources. To make matters worse, you will be forced to redo your work. For every teacher, you are required to enter the class and subject you teach, including a combined score for the term for that specific class and subject.

You will also need to fill the number of lessons the teacher was supposed to teach throughout the term and the total number of the lessons the teacher actually taught for the term. Make sure you use the same procedure you used earlier - fill in the data and then save it to avoid repeating the process due to data loss.

When you finish all the section, and you save the information for each teacher, your work will be done. Now you can begin filling another appraisal form for the next teacher.
